Having never owned a DAB Radio (except in my car) before, I was excited at the opportunity of trying out something new. I like the quirky handbag shape making it a little unique compared to others on the market. It’s been designed with the fashion conscious in mind and oozes quality with what looks like a leather type material finished with a stitched handle.
With View Quest’s user manual, you can easily configure your Bluetooth and stream all your favourite songs through the speakers. I’m so impressed with the sound quality and tone. You can also easily scroll through the available DAB radio stations with ease, displaying on the digital display using one of the dials.
It comes with a Mains plug, or you can insert batteries which would give you up to 24 hours of power. We like to have this plugged in, as it’s been getting a lot of use.
We currently have this sat on our worktop in the kitchen. As, we’re currently debating whether to add a TV into the room or not. We are happily liking the alternative. I think it would also be really useful in your bedroom, as it has an alarm setting – which I’m yet to explore.
Another feature I like, is that you can easily switch to FM radio. I was originally concerned I might not be able to pick up DAB stations up, with living in the open countryside. But, I’ve had no trouble and I’m rest assured that I can easily switch if I ever need to.
I’ve been lucky enough, to give you the chance of winning a Bardot DAB+ Radio of your own. All you need to do is enter via the Rafflecopter widget below and leave a comment telling me where you’d use the radio if you won. Whether that’s in your kitchen while your cooking or chilling in your living room after a long day. I’d love to hear!
